Warranty

At BennettBuilt we believe in Quality over Quantity, that is why our parts are over-engineered. We build them to last and because of that we stand behind them!

We offer a part replacement warranty for LIFE. If for whatever reason one of our products does fail due to an inferior design or manufacturing process, we will send out a new one at no charge. The only expense for the customer is the shipping cost.

There are some exceptions to this lifetime warranty, if the product was mishandled / bent / cut / broken and is obviously damaged due to negligence on the customers end we would not be able to cover the costs of that product. We also do not warranty the surface finish of the products, although we opt for the best coatings to last as long as possible, we cannot offer any replacements for normal scratches, dings, or other surface imperfections that occur during the use of our products.
